Not included in any package

FBT returns, capital gains events (property or business sale), cryptocurrency and foreign income calculations, bank and lender letters, grant applications, Fair Work representation and award compliance advice. These are quoted separately when they come up.

What we need from you: answer Xero queries promptly, email us remittance advices, and keep an active Xero subscription. That’s what keeps a fixed fee fixed.

Bookkeeping is included in every package

Bookkeeping in North Lakes and Brisbane is where most businesses start with us, and it is built into every tier above rather than sold separately. It is done by the same CPA-led team that prepares your BAS and tax return, so your records are kept the way the ATO expects and your year-end holds no surprises.

What our bookkeeping includes

  • Bank and credit card transactions coded and reconciled in Xero
  • Supplier bills and receipts captured through Hubdoc
  • GST checked and coded correctly for GST-registered businesses so your BAS is lodgement-ready
  • Clean, consistent chart of accounts maintained
  • Records kept current every month, not caught up at year end
  • Support from a tax accountant when something looks wrong

How it works month to month

  • Your bank feeds run into Xero automatically
  • You forward bills and receipts to your Hubdoc email or snap them in the app
  • We code, match and reconcile, and send you any queries through Xero
  • For GST-registered packages, each quarter your BAS is prepared from reconciled figures and sent to you to sign
  • Transaction limits per tier are shown above; extra volume is +$75 + GST per 100 a month
  • Xero subscription is paid by you directly to Xero

Common questions

Can I change packages?

Yes. If your transaction volume or structure changes, we move you to the right tier at the next month.

Is Xero included?

No. Your Xero subscription is paid directly to Xero. We set it up, maintain the bank feeds and use Hubdoc to capture your documents.

Do you work with businesses outside North Lakes?

Yes. Most of the work is done online, and we have clients across Brisbane, Moreton Bay and Coffs Harbour.
