Frequently Asked Questions

Our main services are Business Packages, Business Advisory, Payroll and Personal Tax Returns. Business Packages combine ongoing bookkeeping, tax compliance and accountant support, with BAS, payroll and reporting included where applicable to the selected package or add-on. We work with Xero and Hubdoc.

We offer published fixed monthly Business Packages, starting from $150 + GST per month. The right package depends on your business structure, transaction volume and the services you need. The entry package is for clients who are not registered for GST and excludes BAS; GST-registered sole trader packages start from $220 + GST per month. See our Business Packages page for inclusions, limits and add-ons. Personal tax returns are a separate service, with the fee confirmed before we start. Work outside package inclusions is agreed separately.

Absolutely! We have extensive experience working with small businesses of all types and sizes.

We take the confidentiality of your financial information seriously and handle it in line with our privacy obligations. We use the information needed to provide your accounting and tax services, including authorised reporting to the ATO.
